We collect leftovers , that is, what was not sold, that would be thrown away - and yet excellent for consumption. Our donors are micro, small, medium and large businessmen from the food area, who just like us realize that it is much better to direct this food to human beings than to throw them as garbage. Our list of donors is made up of municipal markets, manufacturers , producers, distributors, and even farmers, who give us the food directly from the earth.

It is in the actual place of donation that our team selects and separates the food and then allots what is to be given to which institution.. As we pass the food from the donor’s wrapping to ours there is a second check to find if there is something that is not fit to be used;- and only the proper, ideal food for human use remains.Food collection are generally carried out in the morning, and delivered on the same day in the afternoon.

The food which is collected and wrapped is weighed and classified by quality and quantity ( ex: 32 kios of potatoes with brushed skin) a receipt is then checked and signed by the donor. When the assisted institutions receive their share of food they also sign a receipt which specifies quantity and quality. By the end of the day the quantity which is donated and distributed are equivalent.
